Mr. Daniel Fien-Helfman recently joined the Applied Organization Research team with ICF International after graduating from the College of William and Mary. Mr. Fien-Helfman earned his BA in December 2007 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business Management. As a Research Assistant for ICF, Mr. Fien-Helfman has provided support to the Veteran’s Benefit Administration, United States Secret Service, Election Assistance Committee, and other government agencies. His primary work activities include reviewing the literature, facilitating interviews and focus groups, quantitative and qualitative data entry and analysis, and assisting in product development related to organizational development, operations, and maximum use of Human Resources.
