Cindy joined a major contract support company in 2008 that currently provides strategic planning and policy for communications outreach support to the federal government.  This effort implements knowledge integration strategies to promote improved organizational performance.

Cindy has more than 20 years of diverse experience in program management, strategic communication planning, organizational development, and change management. She has experience working with the government, military, non-profit organizations, and the university education community with homeland and national security issues.

Cindy spent a number of years in the Middle East and Western Europe where she began her interest in cross-cultural communication and organizational development. Her interest in this field led to her earning an M.S. in Social and Organizational Learning from George Mason University in 2003.
