Beth Dumesco is an organizational development professional working in the leadership, talent, and OD/OE team (LTO) in the workforce strategy arm of human resources at Lockheed Martin Corp. She provides internal consulting to IS&GS leaders on organizational issues, including planning, managing change, team building, and problem resolution. She also manages the executive development and growth enhancement (EDGE) program in IS&GS.

Beth has more than 20 years of professional experience. Before joining Lockheed Martin in September 2003, she was employed by Marriott Corporation, The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, NASD/Nasdaq Stock Market, The National Academy of Sciences, and The Washington Hospital Center. Her education includes a master’s in business administration from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

As a skilled meeting process facilitator, Beth facilitates strategic and operational planning, organizational redesign, team building, conflict resolution, and service improvement. She is also experienced in leadership development and is qualified to use the Myers/Briggs Type Indicator, FIRO-B, Thomas-Kilmon, and other instruments.

Beth lives in Germantown, MD, on a lake where she can hike or kayak. She is an avid sailor and most often sails on the Chesapeake Bay.
