Everett Marshall is an Organizational Change consultant and Executive Coach with over 16 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy, Everett served as a Surface Warfare Officer on several U.S. Navy warships and as a Diversity Admissions Counselor for the U.S. Naval Academy. Upon completion of active duty service, Everett worked in the private sector with a global business consulting /IT services company. He continued his career in the technology industry, focusing on the development of recruiting and training programs. Everett completed the Executive MBA program at Loyola College in Maryland, and is currently a consultant focusing on Organizational Development and Coaching. In this role he has worked with clients in the areas of executive coaching, organizational change management, facilitation, team building, and stakeholder engagement/alignment. In addition to his professional work, Everett is also actively involved in supporting community and non-profit groups. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the St. Philip’s Family Life Center, Inc., and as a Certified Strengthening Families Program facilitator. He is a member of the Chesapeake Bay Organizational Development Network (CBODN) and the Government Appreciative Inquiry Network (GAIN). Everett lives in Annapolis, MD with his wife, Michele, and their two sons, Cameron and Ethan.
