Emily Giacomini

Emily Giacomini currently consults for an international nonprofit that works in community development, assisting minority language communities in Asia to pursue their own development goals while preserving their unique ethno-linguistic identities. Her role in Organization Development involves implementing recruiting and staff development systems, as well as representing the organization externally from the US support office in Arlington, VA. Emily has worked extensively with Gallup’s StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment, debriefing individuals on their Top Five strengths and facilitating team-building and leadership team sessions.

Emily has over 8 years project management experience with Procter & Gamble and Prudential Financial and extensive global work experience in France, Japan and Bangladesh. She earned her MBA from Arizona State University and Masters of International Management from Thunderbird and speaks French and Japanese. Emily is currently seeking a full-time role in Organization Development in the corporate or federal realms and welcomes any contacts. In her free time, Emily enjoys cycling, dancing and traveling, as well as visiting cultural spots around DC.
